It is made through the processes of injection molding and CNC machining. The material used includes Nylon, PA66, ABS, PP, PC, PE, POM, PVC, PU, TPR, TPE, TPU, PA, PET, HDPE, PMMA, and more. The gear has a high-quality standard, meeting ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications. It has a dimensional bore tolerance of +/- 0.01mm and is designed according to AGMA, JIS, and DIN specifications. Surface treatments such as blackening, plating, anodizing, and hard anodizing can be applied. The gear has a hardness of 30 to 60 H.R.C and its size and color can be customized. It can have a polished or matte surface, with options for painting, texture, vacuum aluminizing, and logo stamping. The dimensions tolerance is +/- 0.01mm or more precise.
