The POM PA66 Nylon Drive Precision Plastic Power Tool Transmission Helical Gear Cog-Wheel is a customized injection and machining gear. It is made using injection molding and CNC machining processes. The gear can be manufactured using various materials such as nylon, PA66, ABS, PP, PC, PE, POM, PVC, PU, TPR, TPE, TPU, PA, PET, HDPE, PMMA, and more. It undergoes strict quality control according to ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.

The gear has a dimension bore tolerance of -/+0.01mm and meets quality standards like AGMA, JIS, and DIN. It can be treated with surface finishes like blackening, plating, anodizing, and hard anodizing. The gear has a hardness of 30 to 60 H.R.C and its size and color can be customized according to customer drawings. The gear can have a polished or matte surface, painting, texture, vacuum aluminizing, and can be stamped with a logo. The dimensions tolerance is ±0.01mm or more precise.

Samples are available for confirmation and approval, and the gear is packaged in an inner clear plastic bag/outside carton/wooden pallets or any other special package as per customer requirements.
