Product Description:
This machine precision transmission gear cog-wheel is created through injection molding and CNC machining processes. The gear meets ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality control standards and has a dimension bore tolerance of +/- 0.01mm. It conforms to AGMA, JIS, and DIN quality standards. Surface treatment options include blackening, plating, anodizing, and hard anodizing. The gear has a hardness of 30 to 60 H.R.C. Size and color customization are available, and the gear can be polished, painted, textured, and stamped with a logo if desired. The dimensions tolerance is ±0.01mm or more precise. Samples can be shipped for confirmation, with the shipping cost paid by the customer.
